My initial hiring was as the Administrative Assistant @ $8.00 p/hour, but within 3 months I was promoted to Office Manager @ $12.00 p/hour. I have been a dedicated employee who has aided the organization in being able to grow from $125k to 1.2 million, while I increased my knowledge, experience and education in the nonprofit community.
