Job Responsibilities
Recently Transitioned a 50 FTE US Healthcare Insurance process from USA.Responsible for analyzing and preparing the strategies for meeting Client SLAs. Managing the headcount of 60+ FTEs for two different processes of subscriber Enrollment and Claims adjudication in the Health Insurance Line of Business. Prepare the invoice and responsible for periodic quality and compliance audits.
